Purchasing & Shipping
Option One - Website
Proceed through the online checkout system and pay with a debit or credit card. You will be prompted to select the relevant shipping option or select free collection.
Option Two - Email
If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me via email and I will issue an invoice. Once payment is made your artwork will be shipped.
If you are considering purchasing more than one artwork then please get in touch and I will provide a quote for shipping all items together, rather than paying shipping on each individual item.
Unless otherwise stated I aim to ship all orders within 14-21 days of payment, though it is often much sooner.
Whichever method you choose, the aim is always to provide an excellent service. I am available to answer any questions you might have before, during and after you decide to purchase an artwork. I will keep in touch throughout the shipping process until the artwork has arrived safely in your hands.
Rights to artwork remain the sole property of Helen Rosa Whitaker including after purchase. This includes the purchase of originals, commissions, prints and current and/or future reproductions of any kind. The purchase of any item, original or otherwise, does not grant the customer permission to mint the piece into an NFT, print and distribute in any form or reproduce in any way by means of profit and/or otherwise.
Collectors may not reproduce artwork in any way without express written permission from the artist. Posting images of the items purchased on social media are always welcome and does not breach this clause.
Liability
I am not liable for goods once they are in the possession of the collector. It is not my duty to refund, exchange, replace or compensate by any means for the damage of products that have been mishandled by customers. For example: smudging fingerprints on the white border, tearing fine art prints, damaging works, etc.
As guaranteed under consumer protections, compensation for damage is due if/when damaged products are received when impacted by postal services and/or faulty merchandise has been dispatched. Every artwork is inspected several times before clearing quality control for shipment and only pristine purchased artworks are packaged for you to enjoy.
Please read the product descriptions thoroughly and carefully. It is not our duty to compensate customers who do not read the information provided in the product description prior to purchase.
